Initiate Your Request

Log into your Tantaly account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

Prepare Your Package

Carefully pack the items in their original shipping box or a similar secure mailer, ensuring the Return Authorization form is included inside the package.

Ship It Back

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
